This travel bloggers meetup will be held in Udaipur where the travel enthusiasts shall unite for some amazing interactive session, lip-smacking delectable and traverse destination in the backpacker’s way.
This travel bloggers meetup is not just a normal meet, but here, we intend to go beyond the stereotype bout, wherein you will witness some exciting things which you may not have thought of and yet at the same time would love to indulge in.

Travel fare of bus, train or air from departure city to arrival city and vice a versa. Monument Entry Charges. Afternoon lunch. Hard drinks
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation done before 15 days from the date of the event will result in 50% deduction. Any cancellation done before 10 days from the date of the event will result in 75% deduction. Any cancellation done before 7 days from the date of the event will result in No Refund.
Terms & Conditions
Meetup starts at sharp at 9 am on 1st September All participants are required to carry their valid Id proof and driving license (Note: Pan card is not considered as valid id proofs.) Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises. If any participants found with alcohol will be punished. The Backpackers Group will not be responsible for any injury or mishappening or accidents during the bike ride. The Backpackers Group will not be accountable for any damages caused to any property or bikes. The Backpackers Group will not be responsible for any misplacement of participant’s belongings. We would not tolerate any inappropriate behavior, intolerable actions and violence. The Backpackers Group reserves all rights for the event registration and organizing.
